Description:
This fiberglass air dam is an excellent alternative to the discontinued factory 3-piece metal valance. It combines all 3 sections into a single piece for simple installation. Unlike other air dams though, this "valance" is mostly styled after the valance it replaces while still adding downforce through the integrated aero lip. This makes it a more subtle modification that suits stock cars and "sleeper" builds particularly well.

Protective Coating:
This fiberglass item has a gel coating to protect the fiberglass itself from scratches. It is not a finish coat. Your paint professional will sand down the coating prior to final priming and painting. You will notice scratching in this surface, which is exactly what it was designed to do, to take any scratching that can occur in production, transport, storage, handling, and shipping, keeping the fiberglass from being damaged.
