We've been taking care of international customers for 40 years! We can ship to your U.S. Freight Forwarder, or directly to your international address. With Motorsport Auto, it is your choice. Lately we've seen many companies no longer shipping internationally at all. You can trust us to take care of your parts needs, wherever you want them shipped. For our international customers, we ship to Freight Forwarders in the U.S., as well as directly all over the globe, many times every single week.

Notice: Due to the implementation of the ICS2 requirements for all EU countries, plus Northern Ireland, Norway, and Switzerland, there may be temporary delays in processing orders to these locations. Please include your EORI number in the notes at checkout, and we will contact you about your order. Thank you for your patience.

 

Shipping for international customers is easy at The Z Store.

If you are shipping to a U.S. address (For instance, your Freight Forwarder):
1. Create your account
2. Add your billing address & phone number in your home country (your local billing address is required).
3. Add as many U.S. shipping addresses as you need.

Note: Do not use the U.S. address as your billing address, as it will delay your order. We'll have to contact you and ask for your local billing address before proceeding. A local billing address in your home country is mandatory. You can then add multiple shipping addresses, and choose the shipping address you want for each order, with the simple click of a button.


If you are shipping directly to your country:
1. Create your account.
2. Add your billing address & phone number in your home country.
3. Add your local shipping address, if different.

Note: For those who choose direct shipments to their country, please check the current list of restricted countries (uncommon) to make sure we can ship directly to you. You can check your country at https://www.fedex.com/content/dam/fedex/us-united-states/services/CountriesServed_IF_IP_IE.pdf

Payment for international shipments is also easy at The Z Store.

If  you are shipping internationally, we will NOT charge you when you place your order. We will review your order, and get the best possible shipping estimates for you, and then contact you for approval. Once you've approved, and your order is ready to ship, then we'll process your payment.

Want an international shipping quote ahead of time? No problem.

Since we won't charge your payment method when your order is shipping to an international address, getting a shipping quote is also easy. Simply complete your order in our store, and we'll get back to you with the best estimates as quickly as we can. You can choose then to proceed, wait, or alter your order, and we'll have all the information saved necessary to update your shipping estimate. Unless you decide to proceed, nothing will ever be charged or even authorized.
