New E-Mail Addresses! (September 2022)

You may have read this page previously regarding email issues, some global, and some with our @motorsportauto.com emails, where some of you were not receiving our emails, or they were going directly to spam. We've taken many steps to do what we could to solve the issue from our end, and this new step should resolve any remaining issues. While all of the @motorsportauto.com emails you have used will still work, we will now be using new "@thezstore.com" emails to better communicate with you when emailing you, or responding to your emails. For instance, when you place an order in this store, the email confirmation will come from orders@thezstore.com. If we email you about your order status, or reply to your email to us, it will now be from @thezstore.com instead of @motorsportauto.com. Please use our new emails for better communication with us.

IMPORTANT: We do still ask you, as we did in 2021 in the original message below, to add our addresses/domain to your address book; and to add @thezstore.com email domains to your email providers "accepted, authorized, whitelist, etc." settings, so you won't miss any updates from us about your orders! Please see your email provider's documentation for how to do this (gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc.). Please note that many email providers require such changes be made on a desktop page as opposed to with a mobile phone.

To insure you get tracking emails from our shipping partners, please also list TrackingUpdates@fedex.com and no-reply@endicia.com as "safe/trusted/approved senders", and add them to your address book.

Important E-Mail Notice To Our Loyal Customers (2021)

The Problem:
We have observed an increasing number of widespread email issues recently, where messages sent are getting automatically placed in spam folders, or blocked entirely and not delivered. We have conferred with FedEx and Endicia, our shipping partners, who are also having email issues. This has especially been true with Microsoft's Hotmail and Outlook.com emails, but has also been observed with Gmail, Yahoo, and many other email providers. We, and our host/server companies, are working to resolve any problems, but recently there seem to be delays and difficulties in doing so for some unknown reason.

What You Can Do To Always Receive Our E-Mails:
First, always check your "junk" mail folder for our emails. Then, in whatever email program you are using, they will have a method by which you can insure that you'll always get our order confirmations, replies to your questions, etc. Generally in email settings (sometimes not available in a phone application, but only on a desktop site) there will be a way for you to set all emails from @motorsportauto.com as "Trusted", "Approved", "Safe", "Whitelisted", or similar (the "domain" to input as "trusted" would be "motorsportauto.com"). When you check your junk mail folder, these options should also be noted there in whatever menus your email program offers.
