While our online store, The Z Store.com, is always open, our phone center and showroom in Orange, CA will now be open Tuesday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm (Pacific Time). This will allow our staff to ship more orders on time, and respond to your inquiries faster. Thank you for your understanding.

Our apologies if you have experienced a delay in receiving your order, an answer to your email, or a longer-than-normal wait on hold when calling us.

This is an extraordinary time for the auto restoration parts industry. The supply chain interruptions have been substantial. Additionally, the demand for products has never been higher. We’re working hard to increase inventory and reduce turn-around time for the parts you want.

We have also lost some valuable team members due to the challenges of the pandemic. Our website hiring announcement has attracted some wonderful applicants, and we’ll be back to full strength soon.

Shipping Carriers Update:
Both USPS and FedEx are now stating that there may be service delays, and normal shipping times are not guaranteed. You can check for updates from FedEx at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/coronavirus.html, and USPS at https://www.usps.com. Thank you.
