While our online store, The Z Store.com, is always open, our phone center, and physical showroom in Orange, CA, is open Tuesday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm (Pacific Time). This will allow our staff to ship orders quickly, and respond to your inquiries faster. Note: While our phone center & physical showroom have specific hours, we always answer E-Mail communications as soon as possible.

We believe these hours will result in faster processing of your orders, answering of your emails, and returning your phone calls.
