Description:
FireBall E-Core ignition coils are one of the best coil options on the market for performance ignition systems. The PS-92 series coil produces up to 12 times greater output than original ignition coils while reducing leakage inductance and improving energy transfer to the distributor. This means more energy reaches the spark plugs and more complete combustion in the cylinder. The solid epoxy encapsulated design resists shock and vibration while the heavy gauge wire used in the internal windings creates lower resistance and provides better heat dissipation than conventional coils. LX-91 coils are designed for use with performance Capacitive Discharge (CD) type ignitions, such as the Crane HI-6, Mallory Hyfire, and MSD 7 & 8. It is not compatible with the Hi-6S, DMSI, SR-i, XR-700, or XR-3000. Please call our sales technicians if you have any questions about the compatibility with your 70-83 Z or ZX race vehicle.
