AEM Cold Air Intake System, 07-09 350Z

Description:
AEM pioneered the cold air induction system for sport compact cars in 1994. A cold air intake system relocates the filter outside of the engine compartment to deliver cool air inlet temperatures. Cooler air carries more oxygen, which translates into a more intense explosion in the combustion chamber to create more horsepower and torque. But that's only part of the power equation. Tuning the inlet pipe in length and diameter to match the engine's resonance helps move more air to the cylinders (think of your engine as a big air pump), and this tuning helps to deliver larger power gains. This AEM Intake System was designed to produce significant horsepower and torque gains, as well as an awesome throaty intake sound, when used as a replacement for the factory 350Z airboxes. It was designed, tuned, and dyno-tested specifically for your late 350Z. The system includes oversized lifetime AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filters for optimum air flow, filtration, and performance while allowing easy oil-free cleaning; and mandrel-bent aluminum intake tubes designed to reduce restriction and reduce intake temperature. This system is street legal in all 50 U.S. States. It is not TUV Approved for Europe. Weighs 10.3lbs (4.7 kg). Limited lifetime warranty. Includes hardware and instructions.
