Description:
Unlike the plastic interior panels, the soft, fiberboard backed door and body side panels use specialized plastic clips to mount to the car (instead of the interior rivets). The original clips tend to become brittle over time, making them difficult to remove without damaging them. These replacements are the best option for missing or damaged clips. Sold individually.

*Body Side Panel Note:
Ordering our reproduction side panels for your 260Z or 280Z? You'll need the earlier metal clips (see Related Items) to install them on your 74-78 model. For factory original body side panels, you will need to inspect your existing panels to confirm which clips you need, as Nissan was inconsistent on which cars used which version. **280ZX Note:
Not all 280ZX trims and models use this specific clip in the location in the list above. Unfortunately, Nissan's data only specifies the locations where it was used, along with the other part numbers that were used. For the Door Panels, our part number 40-3979 was used in some applications (see Related Items). Some door panels used the same clip as the Z31 models, our part number 40-2255.
