Description:
Owners of early model 240Z's know that Nissan no longer supplies rod bolts for this engine. When you rebuild, you are forced to reuse the old bolts (definitely NOT recommended) or buy brand new rods (an unnecessary major expense). Motorsport comes to your rescue with new 8mm High Performance Rod Bolts. Do it right and do it for less at Motorsport. 8mm rod bolts are sold in sets of 12.

Note:
Nissan originally listed 8mm rod bolts for 70-71 models. We have seen some instances where later 240Z models had these same 8mm connecting rods installed from the factory. In addition, many early Z-Car owners have replaced their connecting rods with those found in later engines. We recommend measuring your rod bolts prior to ordering to confirm which size you need.
