Description:
Nissan changed the 350Z headlights from HID to Bi-Xenon assemblies starting in the 2006 model year. These late model Bi-Xenon lights are an improvement over the 03-05 350Z HID headlights. They were found to be a fairly simple installation due to the assemblies including all of the required components to convert from older HID lights by default. Genuine, original equipment (OEM) replacement for the passenger (right) side on 06-09 models.
Conversion Note:
If you are converting your early model 350Z with HID headlights to Bi-Xenon lights, you will need to purchase the matching driver's (left) side light as well; see Related Items.
**Assembly Note:
Bi-Xenon headlights are sold as complete assemblies, including the housing, control unit, all bulbs, and the headlight section of the wiring harness.
Application Note:
These lights can only be used as an upgrade on 2003-2005 350Z's that originally came with the factory HID headlight system. They cannot be installed on Base model 350Z's (halogen headlights) without extensive modification. Direct replacement for all 06-09 models factory equipped with Bi-Xenon headlights.
