Description
This is the original phenolic spacer that aligns the fuel pump properly to the cylinder head. It also insulates the fuel pump from the heat of the head to prevent fuel from vaporizing inside the pump. This spacer is required in order to use a mechanical fuel pump on your carbureted L-series engine. See Related Items for the gaskets.
Note:
Nissan has discontinued production of this insulator. We are working with a new supplier to bring these back into production along with many other hard to find gaskets.
