Description:
The hood stays (also called hood supports, shocks, or struts) on the first generation 300ZX are essentially miniature shock absorbers. Over time, these shocks will wear out and lose their ability to hold the hood up. When the hood supports on your car can't hold the hood up, it's time to replace them. This aftermarket Hood Stay is a great alternative to the costly original Nissan replacements, which have both been discontinued by Nissan. Sold individually; 2 required per car.

Note:
Some modification, including drilling out rivets, is required to install these replacements. If you are replacing the original Nissan stays, we recommend replacing both at the same time due to the required modification. Please give us a call at (714)639-2620 or Email us for details.
