Description:
This is one of the bolts that holds the transmission and engine together. It fits along the top holes of the transmission, as well as the holes on the passenger (right) side. Sold individually; see below for required quantities. See Related Items for the required lock washer and more of the Trans to Block bolts.

Quantity Required:

70-71: 4*
72-83: 3
84-96: 4

Application Notes:
*70-71 models need 4 of this bolt only if the original 70-71 A-Style Transmission is installed. For B-Style transmissions (including trans swaps in 70-71 models), the 72-83 bolts should be used. All 70-83 manual transmissions use this bolt at the 2 upper mounting points and the passenger (right) side mounting point. 70-71 models with A-Style transmissions use this bolt on the driver's (left) side as well. 84-96 models use this bolt in all 4 of the upper mounting holes. This bolt is not used with automatic transmissions.
