Nissan changed between several part numbers for gas caps starting in the 2011 model year. They have since superceded all of the various caps into the latest part number, and the manufacturer of this cap has done the same. This cap will not fit 2011 models produced up until 8/2010, which only includes the first months of 2011 model year production. See 50-2204 in Related Items these early models.
