Description:
This is an excellent reproduction of the ridged plastic piece that extends across the top of the front of the rear deck, behind the seats. The included mounted screws secure it to the rear top of the edge of the deck. It has the original style "ridged" molding across the front and back. Riser Trim Caps are also known as the "Luggage Stopper" as it will help to keep items from tipping over behind the seat upon braking. Replaces catalog part numbers 40-4409 & 40-4399.
*Model Notes:
The front face of the trim cap on a 1974 260Z was slightly taller than the 240Z or 280Z. This cap will fit properly on your 260Z, and will be only slightly different in appearance than the original. (Nissan had also superceded the 260Z Trim Cap to the 240Z/280Z prior to discontinuing all of them years ago.)
