Part #:11-3480-1
Price: $58.87
Description:
The Oxygen Sensor, located in the exhaust manifold, works by detecting how much oxygen is in your exhaust. It then sends a signal to the computer, which uses that input (along with several other signals from various components) to make adjustments to the fuel flow into your engine. A bad O2 sensor can cause several issues, ranging from reduced fuel economy to a failed catalytic converter. Failed O2 sensors are one of the most common causes of failed emissions tests. This replacement sensor fits non-turbo models only. Sold individually; 1 required per car.

87-89 Note:
Most O2 sensor manufacturers have superceded the original 87-89 O2 sensor to the earlier version. The only difference between the two is the physical size. When ordering for an 87-89 model, you will also need to purchase the early adapter nut (14-3480); see Related Items below.
