(1) Performance Header Gasket

Description:
You should never use a stock exhaust gasket with any header. The original style metal reinforcement on the stock type gaskets will cause your header to leak. These special Header Gaskets are specifically designed around performance headers, and are compatible with any brand of header. Like the factory version, this gasket seals both the intake manifold and performance headers to the cylinder head (one gasket required per car).

Application Notes:
For square "[ ]" exhaust port heads fitted with carburetion intake manifolds (E31, E88). Can be used on square exhaust port F/I heads converted for use with carburetors (N42, P90). Not compatible with factory style Fuel Injection intake manifolds (see 10-2526 for the Fuel Injection gasket). Our 70-74 Headers already come with this gasket.
