A common problem with the 350Z is the power window motors. Over time, you might notice that your windows either don't move like they used to or even at all. There are two ways to go about fixing the issue: tearing your motor apart and cleaning it or simply replacing it. Cleaning is something that a very handy DIY-er can do; however, we would not recommend this option for everyone simply because it involves taking your motor apart. Replacement motors will save both time and hassle compared to trying to save your existing units. This is the passenger side replacement power window motor.
