Description:
This reproduction weatherstrip mounts on the body, around the entire hatch opening. For a long period Motorsport would not sell any reproduction weatherstrips for this critical area of inner hatch weatherstrip, as they were not made properly and immediately or soon failed, allowing exhaust fumes inside the vehicle once again. This reproduction, however, is of excellent quality, sealing and wearing well. If you are still noticing exhaust fumes after installing this weatherstrip, we recommend inspecting your tail light gaskets and deck lid plugs as they are also a common cause of these fumes in your car (see Related Items).
