Rocker arms should be replaced any time an engine is rebuilt or when a camshaft shows signs of wear (it doesn't hurt to replace them if new or performance cams are installed either). While the hydraulic lifters used in VG30 engines do reduce the wear pattern found in earlier engines, used rocker arms can still develop a wear pattern or angle which will exert itself right into your cams. Both the camshafts and the rocker arms should be inspected for wear any time the valve covers are removed. This is a genuine, original equipment (OEM) replacement. Sold individually; 12 required per car.
