Description:
Finally a high-quality, federally approved, reproduction seat belt for the Datsun 240Z! These seat belts meet or exceed Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) #208.209.302. They include SAE Grade 5 mounting hardware (nuts/bolts/plates), and include a detailed, easy-to-follow, illustrated instruction guide. The plates are high-quality chromed, and each includes a bonus Z logo in black and silver for the finishing touch (logo included but uninstalled, use is optional). Includes belt kits for both driver's and passenger's side (at a discount compared to the individual price!). 72-73 240Z is direct bolt-in to existing holes, 70-71 240Z requires drilling one hole per side (for retractor). Seat Belt Holder Strap:
Does the receiver side of your seat belt regularly fall down below your seat? 240Z's originally used a simple strap to hold the receivers up, which often times goes missing over the years due to age and wear. We offer a replacement for this holder that will keep the buckle receiver right where you need it; see 40-2692 in Related Items.
