Description:
Our overwhelmingly popular 5 piece sectional kit, covering both in front of and behind the seats, along with the rear deck. Sectional carpets follow the same format** as the original carpeting found in early Z models, making these kits ideal for restorations or slight resto-mod setups. See Related Items for the more original loop style kit.

Fitment Note:
Please inspect your floors prior to ordering. This carpet kit is designed to fit early style floors (vertical tool doors); however, we have seen some early models with late style floors and late models with early floors (especially on 1971 models). The easiest way to tell is by confirming which style tool doors your car has. Early and late kits are not interchangeable with each other. See Model Note below for details.

**Format Note:
This kit is designed to fit along with all of the original vinyl sections found in early Z-Cars. Combine this carpet kit with our Interior Vinyl Replacement Kit and Door Sill Vinyl Kit for total coverage; see Related Items.

Loop vs. Cut-Pile Carpets:
Loop and cut-pile refer to the type of stitching used to make the carpet. With Loop carpet, you will feel the "looped" or curved edge of the fibers, while with cut-pile you will feel the cut end of the fibers.

*Rear Floor Sections:
The Rear floor sections cover the floor area from the plastic tool doors and luggage riser to the seats. These are specifically trimmed to fit around the "vertical" tool doors as noted below.

Model Note:
The 70 through early 71 240Z's had plastic "vertical" tool doors located between the seats and the vertical luggage riser which opened towards the seats. The late 71 through 73 240Z's, and early 74 260Z's (through 8/74) had metal "horizontal" tool doors located underneath the rear deck carpet at the top of the luggage riser that opened towards the roof/hatch.

Catalog Note:
Slots shown in catalog image are no longer pre-cut into the carpet kit.
