Steering Rack Boots seal the ends of the rack over the tie rods in order to protect the inner components. Torn or missing boots allow dirt and debris to reach the sensitive parts of the rack, leading to rapid wear and potential failure. This replacement steering rack boot replaces both the driver and passenger side boots. Sold individually; 2 required per car.
