Description:
This genuine, original equipment (OEM) 280ZX timing indicator is bolted on the passenger (right) side of the timing cover. Starting in 3/73, the degree marks were moved from the pulley to the indicator mounted on the timing cover.

Application Note:
Timing indicators were matched to the crankshaft pulley during original engine assembly. When purchasing a replacement, you will need to make sure the indicator matches the pulley that is currently installed. This is especially important if you suspect the pulley has been replaced at some point over the years. Give us a call if you aren't sure whether this indicator matches your current pulley.
