This small, genuine, original equipment (OEM) clip is used to hold the hood support rod in place when lowered. It is located on the passenger (right) side in the core support. Like many original plastic parts, the factory installed clips often become brittle over time. Sold individually.
Application Note:
Early 260Z models do not use this clip. A metal clip was used on all 240Z and 260Z models produced 8/74 and earlier, which is not currently available.
