Description:
Designed and tooled from the ground up, the Retrosound RetroMod series of speakers meet the demand of today's high performance amplifiers while maintaining ultra-thin depths (1.77") for tight mounting locations. They work perfectly with 240Z Front Speaker Panels, and because of the dimensions will often be your best choice for custom Z installations. They are compatible with all digital music sources. These speakers feature neodymium magnet structures which are 5 times more powerful than standard speaker magnets, allowing for the reduced mounting depth, and feature enhanced power handling and heat dissipation characteristics (40 Watts RMS, 80 Watts Max Power each speaker (160 Watts Total)). They are full range 5.25" round speakers with flush mount Mylar tweeter assembly, single voice coils, rigid pulp composite cones, Santoprene surrounds, and custom tooled low carbon steel chrome baskets.
