Description:
These are the special washers that fit at each end of the tension rod to hold the bushings in place and provide proper deflection during braking and cornering. Whether it was due to the elements or competitive driving, these washers are an item that many Z-Car owners have lost over the years. Unfortunately, replacements were not available for a very long time, as manufacturing techniques needed to reproduce these at a reasonable price in small quantities simply did not exist until more recently. Our original plan was to have these reproduced; however, we were able to track down these OEM Nissan replacements after finding old supplemental data that had been tucked away in the warehouse. For the first time in decades, proper replacements for the genuine, original equipment washers that were discontinued years ago are now available. Sold individually; 2 required per side (4 per car).

Note:
These washers are part of a set of hardware specified in the supplemental data we found. While we do believe these should work as a direct replacement for a single missing washer, we strongly recommend replacing the rest of the hardware at the same time. See 23-4264KI in Related Items for that supplemental hardware set.
