For our Premium Refurbishing, we start with only top condition cores with no signs of damage, significant wear, or severe rust. We then sand blast them to ensure that there are no hidden defects prior to powder-coating. The end result is a more durable factory component that is great for every Z!

Note:
Our refurbished Mustache Bars retain the outer sleeve from the original bushings, which is required in order to use our Urethane Bushing Kit (23-4139 in Related Items below). Please give us a call if you plan to use factory original style bushings instead.

Application Note:
For 72-78 models with the factory "curved" Mustache Bar, Transverse Link Assembly and R-180 Differential only. For 70-71 models with an unmodified drivetrain, see 23-4598R in Related Items below. If you are changing to an R200 differential, use 23-4600 instead.

70-6/71 Owners:
If your differential mount also needs to be replaced (generally causes a loud "clunk" when shifting), you will need to change to this Mustache Bar, along with the later Rear Transverse Link Assembly and Differential Mount Insulator (23-4615R and 10-2252 in Related items below). The illustration below shows the specific components that will need to be changed (highlighted in red).
