This genuine, original equipment (OEM) spindle runs from the oil pump to the distributor and is driven by the worm gear on the crankshaft. If you are seeing both ignition timing and oil pressure issues, this spindle could be the cause!
Note:
We recommend replacing this spindle and the Oil Pump Drive Gear at the same time whenever possible, as they often wear out together. See Related Items for the replacement drive gear.

Model Restriction:
For non-turbo models currently equipped with non-turbo distributors only. Will not fit on factory turbocharged models or any non-turbo model currently equipped with a turbo model distributor.
