Description:
Now you can prime and paint right over cured POR-15 with High Build Primer (formerly known as Tie Coat Primer). Developed as a special "interlocking" primer, it is a coating with special adhesion characteristics that make it perfect for most painted surfaces, especially POR-15 Rust Preventive Paint. It is highly resistant to penetrating topcoats, like lacquers, enamels, and two-component finishes. High Build Primer is designed to be buildable and sandable in order to enable quick refreshing of POR-15 Rust Preventative Paint and Top Coats while also being capable of filling in minor imperfections.
