Description:
Get the most out of your triple carburetors! Heat generated by your engine reduces power. One of the hottest components in your engine bay is the exhaust manifold (or header), which is unfortunately directly below the air filter(s) on carbureted applications. Since heat rises, the hottest air in your engine bay gets pulled directly into your carbs. This stainless steel shield directs heat away from your air filter(s), allowing cooler air to flow into your carbs and more power to be produced. The shield is polished to a mirror like finish for a great look in any engine bay
