Available again! Nissan originally discontinued these emblems some time ago. We worked with several suppliers around the world since then, and have recently located a limited number at the lowest price since they were discontinued. They haven't yet confirmed just how many will be available at this price, or for how long, so if you know you need them now is the best time!

PRICE DROP! Was $94.95!

Includes:
  • (1) "Fairlady Z" Fender & Deck Lid Emblem
  • (3) Emblem Clip

Description:
Make a statement about your early Z with this genuine, original equipment (OEM) Nissan "Fairlady Z" emblem, which is normally found on the deck lid and fenders of Z's in Japan. It can be installed on all Z-Cars and includes installation clips. Fairlady Z models use this metal emblem in place of the "Datsun" rear deck and fender emblems found in other markets. The "Fairlady" lettering is bright silver backed in black, as is the trim around the white "Z". Sold individually. Includes clips for installation. For a Fairlady Z appearance, you will need a total of 3 of these emblems (1 per fender and 1 for the rear deck).

*Placement Note:
This emblem can be found in 2 locations on the rear of Japanese S30 Z models depending on whether they came with a rear spoiler or not. Models not factory equipped with the deck lid spoiler have this emblem placed at an angle directly on the deck lid towards the right side (the same position as the "Datsun" emblem for all other Z models). Models factory equipped with the deck lid spoiler have this emblem placed on the back of the rear spoiler, again towards the right side (the "432" style spoiler includes a flat area where the emblems install). All Japanese Fairlady Z models use this emblem instead of the "Datsun" on the deck lid that was used in all other markets. For the fenders, it directly replaces the longer "Datsun" emblem found on 240Z front fenders (see Installation Note below for 74-78 models). As with all emblems, the factory position is a reference and it can be used to customize your Z in other ways.

Installation Note:
The facing side of this emblem looks the same as our previously available 31-1130 Fairlady Z Rear Deck Emblem. The mounting pins on this version match the 240Z "Datsun" Fender Emblem, and it can be installed directly in place of this emblem. 260Z and 280Z fenders will require modification for fender mounting (either drilling of holes or removal of "posts" and usage of tapes or adhesives). Additionally, the holes in the rear deck do not match, so modification is needed to use this Emblem as a Rear Deck Emblem. Our 432 Rear Spoiler (50-1611) does not come drilled for emblems, so the same modifications will apply. Please call us if you have any questions.

JDM Model Note:
This emblem is used on the fenders and deck lid of all Japanese model Z-Cars except for the Fairlady 240Z models ("Fairlady 240Z", "Fairlady 240Z-L", and the "Fairlady 240ZG"). These models all used separate "Fairlady" and "240Z" emblems in all 3 positions (in front of the "240Z" on the fenders; above the "240Z" on the spoiler or deck lid). The "240Z" emblem is the same emblem used on the deck lid of 240Z's worldwide, and is still available new (31-1041 in Related Items). Unfortunately, the "Fairlady" emblem is not available even in Japan, so we recommend converting to this "Fairlady Z" version instead if you no longer have yours.
